32nd Annual OANA Convention

Greetings everyone!!!
The western zone of OANA cordially invites you all to our forthcoming event that will be held in California for a total of three (3) days, from 25th – 27th July, 2025.
Our event promises to be a thrilling experience, with engaging discussions, entertaining activities, and opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals.
We will also ensure everyone is well fed and taken care of. Our hotel rates and other instructions are below. Thank you
Convention schedule
During each day of the convention, we have activities and special events. So do well to attend.
DAY 1
Friday night meet and greet: From 6 pm to 12 midnight at the Ponderosa Room. We will eat, drink, dance, exchange pleasantries, and banter.
DAY 2
Saturday meeting: From 11am to 5pm at the Ponderosa Room. Snacks and finger food will be served during the meeting. Election will be conducted for new executives at the end of the meeting. In order to vote or be voted for, you must be financially up to date with OANA.
Gala nite dinner: From 7pm to 1am at the Sequoia/Whitney Banquet Hall. Dinner is catered for and will be served by the hotel for 150 people or more @ $42.00 per person covered by the western zone.
- We will need an advanced head count of all convention attendees including children to make sure everyone is fed. Each OANA family member who plans to attend the convention MUST submit a head count of his or her family entourage. Deadline to provide this information is April 30th to our PRO, Chief Erasmus Ihedioha @ 914-882-9614.

Convention details
AIRPORT OF CHOICE
There are two options to Ontario Airport Hotel.
- You can fly into LAX, which is about one hour drive to the hotel.
- You can fly into ONT, Ontario Airport in California, which is about 10 to 15 minutes drive to the hotel.
- There are no hotel or airport shuttles from either airports. You are responsible for your transportation from the airport to the hotel.

We have a limited number of rooms with standard double beds for up to a family of four. This is suitable for a family of more than two, and we recommend you make a reservation on time before they run out.
The hotel will honor the same rate for early arrival and late checkouts for three days. Please remember to send your family attendees head count to our PRO, Chief Erasmus Ihedioha @ 914-882-9614.
